Fees and Insurance:
$275 Initial intake assessment (one hour)
$250 Individual therapy (45 minutes)
$275 Clinical supervision for clinicians (one hour)
I am not an in-network provider on any insurance panels; however, I provide monthly documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company regarding your out of network benefits and what percentage of the fee they will reimburse.
Fees for consultation and training are based on the scope of the work proposed.
